Barbara Ramos-Cryer, LCSW

Founder

Barbara is an experienced therapist who works with clients of all ages, using an integrative approach that includes CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, and EMDR. Her style is both caring and direct—providing a supportive space while also encouraging accountability and meaningful change.

She believes therapy should be both impactful and human, incorporating humor alongside deeper work to help clients feel at ease while addressing difficult challenges. Barbara focuses on helping clients build practical skills, process trauma, and create lasting, real-life change.

In addition to therapy, she has specialized training in conflict resolution and forensic social work, and provides services such as custody evaluations and parent coordination.
