Parto brings a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel safe to show up as they are without fear of judgment. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting them through life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression with care and understanding.
She views therapy as a partnership, helping clients explore their experiences, build insight, and move toward meaningful change. Using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, Parto focuses on each client’s unique story while helping them develop practical tools to navigate challenges, feel more grounded, and build confidence in themselves.
Parto is especially passionate about supporting immigrants and women, and brings cultural awareness and sensitivity into her work. As a Middle Eastern immigrant and bilingual provider (English and Farsi), she offers a perspective that helps clients feel deeply understood and supported.
She is committed to helping clients strengthen their sense of self, build resilience, and create lasting, positive change in their lives.
