Bailie Horton, CSW
Mental Health Therapist
Bailie Horton earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Utah and holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, which influences her interest in identity, relationships, meaning, and self-understanding.
Bailie has experience working with refugees, asylum seekers, survivors of trauma and displacement, and children from diverse cultural backgrounds. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity, and self-worth.
Bailie believes therapy can help clients better understand the experiences and patterns that shape how they see themselves and relate to others. Her approach is warm, curious, and compassionate, creating a space where clients feel seen and respected while also being gently challenged when it supports their growth.
She especially enjoys helping clients recognize their strengths, develop greater self-understanding and self-trust, and move beyond patterns or beliefs that have left them feeling stuck. Bailie believes therapy can hold both meaningful, difficult conversations and moments of humor, creativity, and genuine human connection.
