Noelle Anderson, MSWI

Noelle is completing her first year of her Master of Social Work at the University of Utah. Noelle is a compassionate clinical intern who works with young children experiencing trauma, difficulties with emotional regulation, and challenges communicating their needs. She is passionate about early intervention and helping children develop the confidence, security, and skills they need to thrive.

Her style is calm, patient, and grounding. Noelle creates a supportive environment where children feel safe expressing themselves. She helps them identify and validate their emotions, learn practical coping strategies, and develop the language to communicate their needs appropriately.

Noelle also enjoys working with parents to help them better understand their children’s emotional and behavioral needs. She believes that supporting both children and their caregivers can strengthen communication, increase a child’s sense of autonomy, and create meaningful change throughout the family.
