Mental Health Therapist

Zoe is a warm and approachable clinical intern completing her last year of her Master of Social Work program at the University of Utah. Zoe enjoys working with people from all walks of life. She has experience supporting individuals and families navigating mental health concerns, disabilities, grief and loss, substance-use-related family challenges, and other difficult life circumstances.

Zoe believes that meaningful therapy begins with a strong and trusting relationship. Her style is fun, energetic, compassionate, and genuine. She works to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood before incorporating psychoeducation, coping skills, and other therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.

Having been raised in a kinship family, Zoe understands how important compassion, stability, and supportive relationships can be when families are facing complex circumstances. Her personal and professional experiences have strengthened her commitment to helping others recognize their growth, build practical skills, and feel better equipped to navigate life’s challenges
