Reduce Conflict and Improve Communication
Parent coordination services help separated or divorced parents manage ongoing disagreements involving their children. The process focuses on practical problem-solving, respectful communication, and reducing children’s exposure to parental conflict. The parent coordinator remains neutral and does not represent either parent.

Support With Parenting Decisions
Parents may receive assistance addressing issues such as schedules, exchanges, holidays, school matters, healthcare, activities, and communication. Services are guided by the parenting plan, court order, and the parent coordinator’s authorized role. The goal is to help parents make timely, child-focused decisions.
A Structured and Child-Focused Process
The process begins with a review of relevant court orders and an explanation of expectations, fees, communication methods, and confidentiality limitations. Meetings may occur jointly or individually, depending on the circumstances. When permitted, the parent coordinator may also consult relevant professionals or provide reports to the court.

Is Parent Coordination Right for Your Family?
Parent coordination may benefit families experiencing frequent disagreements, difficulty following a parenting plan, or repeated conflict over everyday decisions. It is not therapy, legal representation, or a custody evaluation. Participation may be voluntary or court-ordered, and services are accepted only after reviewing the court order, confirming the appropriate scope, and completing a conflict check.
