Daniel Halligan, CSW

Mental Health Therapist

Now accepting new clients

Daniel Halligan, CSW, works with adults navigating trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, and major life changes. He has spent nearly six years in behavioral health settings, supporting people with substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns through individual therapy, groups, case management, and crisis support.

Daniel knows that starting therapy can feel difficult, especially when past experiences have made it hard to trust others or feel hopeful about change. His approach is calm, caring, and collaborative. He takes time to understand what each person wants from therapy and adapts the work to their goals, strengths, and pace. When clients are ready, he helps them explore how earlier experiences may be shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships today.

Before becoming a therapist, Daniel held leadership and case management roles at Odyssey House of Utah. Those experiences taught him the value of practical support, consistency, and seeing the whole person beyond the challenges that brought them to treatment. He finds it especially rewarding when clients begin to recognize their own strengths, understand themselves more clearly, and make changes that feel meaningful to them.
